Training & Development
All agency personnel will have to undergo the introductory company seminar which will cover the essential programs, services and products of the company.
In addition, all personnel will be required to attend either agency or management and development programs. It is a requirement of Clubwww1 that personnel before going to field operation and/or going into management role with the company be properly accepted and accredited with Clubwww1 Business Accreditation Program (BAP
The basis for consideration for promotion is recommendation by the eBiz Manager, together with the supporting BAP accreditation and the pre requisite certification of performance standard Consideration for promotion carries with it a minimum tenure of three (3) months.
The minimum tenure also applies to be elevated from position to position. This means that every manager within the company must hold his current management position for at least a three (3) month period before he will be considered for promotion.
Promotion is always earned however in the final analysis, the recommendation of promotion is the duty of the eBiz Manager and the signing of the said recommendation is at the total discretion of the head of Sales.
Manpower:
Each agency will have a minimum of five (5) eBiz Managers, and each eBiz Manager will have a minimum of five (5) eBiz Consultants To streamline the day to day business operations.
Clubwww1 will make incentive payments once a week.
This payment will be made on a Wednesday, between the hours of 1pm-6pm. Payments of incentive and bonuses will be accredited to eBiz Consultant’s account.
In the event that the eBiz Consultant has not yet completed the requirements for the ATM, a cash payment will be made.
All eBiz Consultants must complete the required ATM process within sixty (60) days Incentive Programs Incentive programs will be monthly, quarterly and yearly. Awards will be given to both eBiz Consultants & Managers.
All Clubwww1 personnel will have an opportunity to enter incentive initiative.
